Cheers Horse Ranch is dedicated to the welfare of children and horses. Over the past several years Cheers Ranch has had the opportunity to rescue several horses that have been neglected and starved and they have been able to rehabiliate them to wonderful beautiful animals.
Ehorses recently had the opportunity to visit Cheers Horse Ranch and I can tell you Debbie Manser has put her heart and soul into saving these wonderful horses. She is dedicated and committed to her passion.
